Goch, Germany (27th January 2022) – DFE Pharma, a global leader in pharma- and nutraceutical excipient solutions, today announced the decision of its CEO Bas van Driel to leave the company per mid-February.
In 2015, van Driel started as CEO of DFE Pharma. During this period, Bas supported the company to become a clear customer-centric driven organization, focused on value added product - and service propositions, and positioned DFE Pharma towards ‘new’ growth markets. Recent examples are the market extensions to the biopharmaceutical market with the BioHale™ proposition and the nutraceutical market with Nutracel™ and Nutroféli™.
After seven years, Van Driel decided that it was the right time to move on and allow DFE Pharma to continue to grow under new leadership. The Governance Board expressed their gratitude for his commitment and leadership. Van Driel’s successor will be announced in the coming weeks.
